Shane Dell, class of 2024 and Ethan Dell, class of 2026 are the founders of CareerRoad. The process of building a nationwide not for profit organization is fun and challenging. We are fortunate to have many student and adult volunteers that have dedicated their time to make CareerRoad a reality. While our focus is on establishing our team of Student Ambassadors and network of Career Influencers, we are also working on establishing a leadership and advisory committee comprised of students and successful adults. If you are interested in working with CareerRoad, please contact us.
